Each test has a slightly different timeline but the majority of our test results are available within 3-5 weeks based on the quality of your samples. Orders over $100 ship for with free standard shipping. Due to the pre-paid return shipping there is a small shipping fee of $4.99 on orders under $100.

Once you have successfully registered your test with us and shipped your sample to the lab, it'll take a few weeks to process results. You will receive email notifications when they are available for secure digital viewing within your Vitagene account.
